Job Description Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently
seeking a Assembler-2nd Shift (Part-Time). This is a part-time role
that will work a maximum of 19 hours per week from 2:00 p.m. - 9:00
p.m, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; however, flexibility in
scheduling is available. Overtime may exceed these hours and be
mandatory at times. The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 per

more! /n /n What you'll do: The Assembler II position is primarily
focused on assisting and setting up for Welders in the Cable Tray
department. The Assembler II will assemble and stack/band Cable
Tray ladders. The Assembler II will handle materials and parts up
to 50-pounds frequently throughout the shift. In this function, you
will: /n - Perform simple repetitive assembly of parts and
components /n - Use bolts, screws, hand tools, clips and other
fastening devices /n - Work under close supervision and may work
from models, samples, or simple diagrams /n - Handle 50-pound parts
to assist with large part construction /n - Support all facility
Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives including, but not
limited to: /n - /n - Maintain 5-S (sort, set in order, shine,
standardize, sustain) throughout shop floor and office areas. /n -
Track and sustain all visual management tools such as, but not
limited to: layered audits, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
boards, and any additional LEAN tools that are deemed necessary to
provide direction, goals and status to the shop floor. /n -
Encourage, support, and actively participate in Kaizen improvements
and events throughout the facility, department, and area of
responsibility. /n /n /n Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: /n -
No relocation is available for this position, only candidates that
currently reside within 50 miles of the Reno, NV facility will be
considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are

/n Skills: Position Success Criteria: • Able to stand on feet
continuously during working shift. • Must be able to wear required

procedure. • Must be able to handle materials up to 50 pounds with

Physical Demands: • Able to regularly lift 50 pounds with or
without reasonable accommodation. Occasionally lift more than 50
lbs. with or without rerasonable accommodation. • Exposure to high
noise level (ear protection may be required in some areas). •
Exposure to high traffic areas with forklift activity. • Work
environment exposes to oils, lubricants, and solvents. • Require
