welcomed. Lead Roofer -What You Bring • Journeyman-level roofing
experience • Experience leading or mentoring a crew • Strong
leadership that earns team buy-in • OSHA 30 (or willingness to
obtain) • Clean driving record Lead Roofer- What You Get
Competitive hourly pay $25-$32/hour (not piecework), transportation
