Salary Range (ACSW, AMFT, APCC): $78,174 - $93,739 DOESalary
Range (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC): $84,992 - $103,113Additional $4,000 for

SUMMARYRemote in N. TahoeThe Clinician is responsible for
establishing and implementing quality clinical treatment and case
management for adults and adolescents with special mental health
needs. Clinicians shall provide individual, group, and family
therapy as well as rehabilitative services and case management in
whatever setting is most beneficial for the identified client. In
addition, the Clinician is responsible for completing all
documentation and written reports required by the Agency.ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONSProvides comprehensive mental health assessments on
assigned clients to determine the need for mental health services.
Develops treatment plans and goals based on assessed areas of needs
and strengths identified in the assessment. The Clinician shall
monitor and evaluate client's progress on identified goals in the
treatment plan.Completes all required documentation in a timely
manner for each assigned client and maintains a comprehensive set
of treatment records as stipulated in the County Mental Health Plan
(MHP) or other agencies responsible for program oversight.Acts as
the liaison between the program and family/community agencies
including individuals such as Parents/Caregivers, Case Managers,
County Social Workers, Teachers/Education Providers, and Probation
Officers. The Clinician shall work with the family or care
providers in the implementation of treatment plans and will
maintain contacts with all important individuals in the client's
life.Provides individual, family, and group counseling based on the
needs of the clients served.Meets Agency service percentage
standard reflecting expected time spent with clients, if
applicable.Completes other assigned program operational tasks in
accordance with supervisory directives.Travel required to N. Tahoe
region and office located in Truckee.MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCECompletion of a clinical program with a Master's or Ph.D.
degree in a field of behavioral science from an accredited
educational institution.Holds a current license registration issued
by appropriate state agency consistent with standards outlined in
the Agency's Clinical Staff Licensing Requirements policy. Licensed
Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license may be considered
with prior approval from the Regional Director in consultation with
the Director of Quality.Must have good oral and writing skills in
the English language, including the ability to write concise,
informative professional reports and assigned documentation in a
timely manner.Must be able to effectively engage at risk
populations including children, youth and their families in
whatever setting is most convenient and beneficial to
them.POSITION/PROGRAM REQUIREMENTSMust possess a valid California
driver's license, personal automobile insurance and driving record
that meets the standards outlined in the Agency's Personnel Policy:
Motor Vehicle Operating Standards.Must be physically and mentally
fit in accordance with the Agency's Personnel Policy: Physical
Fitness Standards and Examinations. Must be willing to complete a
Tuberculosis (TB), drug screening test, and provide proof of
COVID-19 vaccination(s) and booster (if eligible).Must be willing
to complete a personal background investigation conducted by the
State of California.Must obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid
Certification (only when required by local county or program).Must
be flexible to work nights and weekends, may need to work a
split-shift, varying schedule according to operational need.Must be
willing to work within a culturally integrated workplace, and be
willing to respect human differences based upon protected classes
as defined by state, federal and local laws, or any other condition
that distinguishes people from one another.PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTSHave an adequate range of body motion and mobility to
work in a residential, office or outdoor environment including
standing and walking (even and uneven surfaces), alternating
between standing and sitting for extended periods of time, bending,
kneeling, twisting, reaching balancing and occasional carrying and
lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, and up to 10 pounds
frequently.Physically able to walk up and down stairs
routinely.Physically able to perform Pro-ACT Restraint Techniques
(Residential Programs Only), CPR and First Aid as trained.Must be
able to sit for prolonged periods of time in a vehicle for
traveling to recreational activities, home visits, DCFS and court
locations which may be up to 100 miles driving distance.Requires
the ability to utilize computer and telephone systems, which
includes the coordination of eye and hand and fine manipulation by
the hands and fingers for typing, writing and working with
files.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience working within a
MediCal certified site, and familiarity with MediCal service
standards and expectations.Experience working with at risk youth
and their families in a mental health setting.Fluency in regional
threshold languages spoken by the population served.Previous
