Supervisor, you will supervise the daily keno operations and direct
the staff in their duties. Requirements: Supervise the daily keno
operation. Schedule staff and train staff in keno operations.
Handle any customer issues As needed, operate the Keno booth
collecting Keno tickets and money from customers in exchange for a
valid printed Keno ticket in an accurate and timely manner. As
needed, run tickets to certain restaurants within the casino,
collecting Keno tickets and returning with valid printed Keno
tickets with the proper changes and or winnings. Make suggestions
for improvements and work with the marketing department on
promotions.
