Job Description:
We are hiring for a reputable, physician-led ophthalmology group
in Northern Nevada is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join their
growing practice. Compensation & Benefits: Target Compensation:
$250,000 $275,000 annually Bonus Structure: Net patient collections
Individual productivity bonus Employment Type: 1099 Contractor

Private Equity backed, multi-specialty ophthalmology group EMR:
ModMed (Practice Management: NextGen) ASC Onsite: Yes Support
Staff: Technician Scribe (scales with volume) Current Staff: 4 MDs,
1 OD OD Patient Volume Expectation: patients/day Practice Volume:
VPD Role Highlights: Medical-focused setting: emphasis on ocular
disease, glaucoma, dry eye, emergencies, and post-op care Strong
referral base and community reputation Highly collaborative
environment with established co-management protocols Nevada law
ensures full clinical and financial independence for ODs working in
multi-specialty settings Support and education available for 1099
tax structure and financial planning Qualifications: OD Degree
(Doctor of Optometry) Residency training required (preferably in
ocular disease) if a new graduate Interest in medical optometry and
working in a fast-paced clinical setting Desire to work closely
with ophthalmologists and be actively involved in co-management
