As an Acute Registered Nurse (RN) in our organization, you will

Nurse (RN) will: Provide high-quality advanced acute care in a home
setting. Deliver daily patient care that meets hospital-level
standards. Conduct clinical assessments and home evaluations.
Educate patients and families on care procedures. Document patient
progress and treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary
teams to coordinate care. Qualifications & Experience: Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program. Licensure:
Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in
the state of employment, adhering to all state board requirements.
Experience: At least two years of nursing experience in an acute
care or emergency department setting is required. Certifications:
Must possess a Basic Life Support Health Care Provider card or
complete the course within 30 days of hire. Additional Skills:
Strong nursing, communication, and organizational abilities for
effective home visits. Capability to work independently and adapt
to changing situations. Excellent interpersonal skills and the
ability to work with diverse populations. Proficiency in various
computer software applications and technologies. Willingness to
