Job Description Health Clinic in northeastern California is
seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their team
dedicated to making a difference in the lives in their community. -
Treat all ages - See patients 4 days per week, 1 day of
Administrative Work - 4 Physicians on staff and 11 NP/PAs; all
Medical Assistants are LVNs except for one - EMR is eClinical
Works, interfaced with Cerner and Epic - Provider sees 14 patients
in an 8 hour day and 20 in a 10 hour day - Each provider gets 1.5
nurses and 2 exam rooms - Referrals to specialties are done
regularly with ease - Patient population is mixed - private
insurance, Medicaid, Medicare - We are an FQHC so we see everyone
regardless of their ability to pay - 2 locations - 120 employees
total - Currently have 2 openings - looking for 1 Family Medicine
Physician to serve as Medical Director - Visa sponsorship available
Clinic offers primary and preventive care, obstetrics, gynecology,
urgent care, dental services, Telemedicine,
health/nutrition/childbirth education and Women, Infants and
Children (WIC) program services. It employs Family Practice
Physicians, an OB/GYN Physician, Certified Physician Assistants,
Family Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and
Dentists Benefits - Salary is $260,000/yr with up to $100,000 in
bonuses paid out over 5 years, and a $5,000 relocation
reimbursement - Paid Holidays - Paid Sick and Vacation Time -
Student Loan Repayment Program available - Signing Bonus - Moving
