• Description: Provider will also need DHMF privileges as this service will transition to DHMF in the next few months!Rate Caps for Submission:Malpractice Must be included in rates. Orientation 275 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours Hourly 550 - Per hour not OT Holiday 825 - Must be 1.5x the regular rates Per holiday hour no OT Schedule/Availability Requirements:Schedule/Shift times: 8a-430pm NO CALLJune 9-June 13 Facility Location: Sierra Nevada Memorial HospitalSetting: General Acute Care Hospital Stroke Certified not Chest Pain Center accredited not a Trauma Level designationDuties: Hospital Coverage we have a need for a Radiologist to cover the Hospital which involves the IR needs along with Stroke CT's and other procedures/availability.Required Procedures: IR Procedures Thoracentesis Paracentesis Nephrostomy Tubes Intra-abdominal abscess drainage Chest Tubes Suprapubic Catheters CT/US Biopsies Thyroid Lung Other Barium studies Lumbar punctures.EMR: CernerSupport Staff: Diagnostic Imaging Radiology Nurses and Techs We do have a large Radiology group in Sacramento that performs overflow and after-hours readsReason for Coverage: Resignation of RadiologistDealbreakers: Procedural Skills Acute Care Imaging capability Stroke CT's ED and ICU imaging studiesTravel Preferences:Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotelsAir Travel: Local no flights?Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation. Please also indicate the city where provider will be traveling from in the travel section of the provider submission.Credentialing Information:Credentialing with other facilities?Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less?Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:Admissions per day: 12-15Patients/day: ED Daily Volume is 85-90 patients/day Average Daily Inpatient/Obs Census is 50 patients includes ICU and OB. Types of cases: Surgical Medical ICU and OBBased on review of the last several months of volume we would expect the following studies interpreted per day and procedures performed per day: TOTAL: 50 studies/day 5-8 procedures/dayBREAKDOWN of Daily Work CT s: 15-20 XRays: 15-20 US s: 10 MRI s: 5 IR: 5-8 procedures Joint and MSK scans are not required. Abdominal and Body scans would be just fine.
