This position ensures customer related administrative duties are completed accurately and on time, with a strong focus on PPE and office supply inventory management. Responsibilities • Complete customer related administrative tasks accurately and efficiently • Manage PPE and office supply inventory levels • Track inventory usage and maintain accurate records • Place supply orders using internal ordering systems • Keep work areas well stocked, organized, and maintained • Perform data entry and ensure system accuracy • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers • Work independently with proactive ownership of tasks • Provide professional on site customer support Qualifications • 1–2 years of experience in inventory tracking, ordering systems, or administrative vendor/customer support • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience with SAP, EWM, or RF scanners (preferred) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Reliable transportation for daily commute to USA Parkway (Sparks, NV) • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light material handling • High school diploma or GED required • Must pass a national background check and pre employment drug screening Pay $25.00 per hour Schedule Full time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime may be required as needed Nexeo Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision, Limited Life, Short-Term Disability. • Refer a Friend Bonus | Other Financial Incentives (Bonuses). • Weekly Pay | Direct Deposit | Rapid Pay Card. • Hassle-Free Job Search: A Nexeo Recruiter is always available to assist you.
