the functionality of antenna and thermal management systems for the
advancement of next-generation Radar, Electronic Warfare, and C4I
(Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence)

people we employ. SUMMARY: The Costing Manufacturing Engineer role
will deal with the costing and estimation of new furnace/dip brazed
cold plates and chassis, along with long run and high-volume
production. Commitment to and support of the company's core values
are key to success in this position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: /n - Provide cost estimates during the quoting
process for new products as well as existing legacy products. /n -
Collects data and analyzes all project cost, including raw
materials, labor, equipment and tooling to ensure estimates are
accurate. /n - Gather specifications and related documents and work
with stakeholders in order to convert specifications to cost
estimates for new and current products. /n - Utilize cost
methodologies and tools to prepare and maintain reliable and
accurate cost data. Identifies and quantifies potential cost
uncertainties to ensure costing models capture the full range of
potential cost. /n - Establish cost estimates of production
processes and tooling costs and review alternatives or put forward
recommendations for improvement. /n - Track actual costs relative
to estimates and report status on a regular basis to ensure costs
are in line with forecasts. /n - Investigate and identify cost
reduction opportunities through cost analysis review. /n -
Contribute to cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures
and monitor trend. /n - Review manufacturing variance reports every
month to understand and analyze the variances. Adjust costs as
required based on variance analysis. /n - Coordinates with project
management, engineering, procurement and other project
stakeholders. /n - Identify and implement improvements to existing
production processes. /n - Uphold the company core values. /n -

Team Member will be occasionally required to execute non-standard
physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or
balance, stoop, kneel, crouch). /n - Ability to lift and/or move up
to 10 pounds frequently and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50
pounds. /n - This position requires repetitive hand/wrist
activities. /n - Specific vision abilities required by this job
include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral
vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. /n - While
performing the duties of this position, the Team Member is
regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. /n - Computer skills
are sufficient to log in and out of ERP and Payroll time tracking

Must have the ability to complete assignments within the timeframe
specified by the Manager. /n - Must be flexible regarding working
hours and overtime. Must be able to work overtime in the evenings
and weekends, with or without advanced notice. /n - Must be able to
operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
simultaneously. /n /n EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: /n - 5-7 years
related experience; or equivalent combination of education and
experience. /n - B.S. degree in manufacturing, mechanical,
industrial, or similar engineering or relevant experience. /n -
Knowledge of brazing, machining, heat treating, plating, welding,
mechanical and/or non-destructive testing; CNC machining knowledge
preferred. /n - Knowledge of Epicor ERP 10 or similar ERP/MES
software preferred. /n /n LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to speak and
understand basic safety and manufacturing instructions.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract up to four place
decimals. Ability to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to
carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in
standardized situations. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
